TERMS OF SERVICE – WESTERN HIDEOUT


1. THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US

We must receive full payment for the goods you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment is received, we will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an email to the address you provide. Upon this confirmation, a legally binding contract will be formed between you and Western Hideout.


2. OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR ORDER

Western Hideout reserves the right to decline any order for any reason, including (but not limited to) the following:

  • Insufficient stock to fulfill your order;

  • Delivery restrictions in your area;

  • Incorrect pricing due to a typographical or supplier error.

If your order is refused, we will notify you via email and refund any amount charged to your card within 30 days. We will not be liable for any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience.


3. PRICE

All product prices are listed on our website and are processed in USD. Additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery to certain regions may not be available. Currency conversions shown on the website are for convenience only and may vary at time of dispatch.


4. RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT

You may cancel your order up to seven (7) working days after the day you placed it, without providing a reason or incurring penalties.
To cancel, please notify us in writing.

  • If goods have already been delivered, you must return them to us at your own cost and risk, unused and in original condition.

  • Custom-made items (e.g., personalized or made-to-order jackets) are non-returnable, unless faulty or sent in error.

  • Once cancellation is confirmed, any charged amount will be refunded within 30 days.

If goods are returned used, damaged, or incomplete, we may deduct the recovery cost from your refund.


5. DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU

Goods will be delivered to the shipping address you provide when placing the order. We aim to deliver within 30 days of order confirmation.
Ownership and risk transfer to you upon delivery. Western Hideout is not responsible for any loss or damage post-delivery.


6. FRAUD PREVENTION

By placing an order, you agree to allow us to verify your identity through third-party databases for fraud prevention.
No credit check will be performed, and your credit rating will remain unaffected. All personal data will be handled securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


7. NOTICES

Unless stated otherwise, all correspondence to us must be emailed to: support@westernjacket.us.
We may send notices to you via email or display updates on our website.


8. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Western Hideout is not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our control. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Natural disasters or severe weather

  • Shipping disruptions

  • Accidents or fires


9. GOVERNING LAW

All contracts are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the English courts.


10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our website pricing, delivery, contact, and privacy details, represent the complete agreement between you and Western Hideout.

Nothing communicated by any staff member shall override or vary these Terms unless formally agreed in writing.


11. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate the matter formally by contacting the same address with the subject line “Formal Complaint”.
